Sci-Fi - Fantasy - Anime - Tech - Gaming - Collecting - Events

A fanzine and community of fans of science fiction, fantasy, anime, manga, gaming and technology in general... A community to actually enjoy what you like rather than nit pick and moan - a positive place where CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is welcome and pure enjoyment is the norm!

Plans around Geekology include a fanzine which will be published on paper and, eventually, electronically and a collectors fair (not a convention!!) which will serve as a place to meet, buy collectables, swap, join usergroups and clubs and find out about the conventions and other events taking place in the UK face to face with the people behind them.

As always though getting these things off the ground can take time - and venues are often difficult, but keep tabs on us!

Mission
Geekology is here to celebrate the things you are a fan of... not to nitpick, and attack those things. Yeah we are sick of the so called "haters" and continual over critism levelled at TV shows and the like by so called "fans" - lets celebrate what we like!!!!

There is more to come - we are considering a Deviant Art group as well as hosting fan-made files here also for your enjoyment. Keep checking back!

The majority of the community stuff directly to do with Geekology will exist through the Facebook group/page. We don't have a discussion forum/bulettin board as lets face it, theres no point re-inventing the wheel when there are so many other boards out thers. One of the main people behind Geekology is Sven Harvey (founder of Auto Assembly and long term Transformers, Star Trek, and Amiga fan among other geekiness), and he's not a huge poster of things... However we would like to recommend the British based forum at Full Metal Hero (see left). Also for fan to fan sales and trades may we suggest the recently unleashed Collector Bam! (see below!)
